Thank you for your prompt reply. I went to Yahoo Chinese and it showed up in
Chinese, but when I went back to the surnamees page, still all I got was the
strange characters. Then I installed and was running NJStar 4.3. I refreshed
the page to no avail. I also think I installed a simplified Chinese, but it
downloaded and self-installed so I don't remember the .exe file's name.
