Cut into strips. Mix fruit strips in a bowl with flour and cinnamon powder. Soak plum in warm water. Cut coconut meat into 5 mm thick strips.2) Mix flour with water to form a paste. Spread tofu sheet on a table top. Brush flour paste on tofu sheet. Spread mixed fruit strips on tofu sheet. Place a coconut strip on top of the fruits and roll into a 4 cm roll with the coconut meat in the center. Cut roll into 1 cm thick. 3) Heat up wok.
