HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. The user can surf from one main site to another using these bottons. Within each main site use the vertical navigation bar on the left hand side to navigate from one page to another. Ingredients:Half a pound Sirloin steak, one green bell pepper, half a carrot, two red bell pepper.
Spices:One tablespoon of Ketchup, one tablespoon of steak sauce, half a tea spoon of black pepper, quarter of a teaspoon MSG (optional), one teaspoon of sugar, one teaspoon of soy sauce, small amount of broth.
Procedure:
1) Marinate steak in half a teaspoon of MSG (optional), one tablespoon of cooking wine, one teaspoon of soy sauce, half an egg, and one tablespoon of cornstarch.
2) Cut steak into strips against the grains.
3) Cut carrot, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper into similar sizes as the steak.
4) Heat up the wok. Bland steak in 3 cups of oil until the beef changes color. Drain.
5) Drain oil from wok, leaving about two tablespoonful of oil. Add veggies and spices. Add beef and stir-fry a bit before serving.
