Spices: Sweet bean paste (150 grams), cooking wine (25 grams), soy sauce (100 grams), sugar (15 grams), MSG (3 grams split into two parts), sesame oil (40 grams, split into two parts), green onion, ginger slices, garlic slices, sugar.Procedure: 1) Clean mutton and soak it in water.
