HOW TO USE THIS WEB SITE: This web site is divided into 21 main sites as represented by the twenty one yellow buttons on the top of each page. The user can surf from one main site to another using these bottons. Within each main site use the vertical navigation bar on the left hand side to navigate from one page to another. Three pieces of ribs. One small piece of carrot. One green bell pepper. A quarter of an onion. One red bell pepper.
Spices:
one small tea spoon of salt, three table spoons of soy source, one table spoon of sugar, two table spoons of corn starch, a pinch of white pepper powder.
Procedure:
1) Marinate ribs in half a teaspoon of soy source, one tablespoon of cooking wine and a quarter of a teaspoon of baking soda, for 30 minutes.
3) Cut carrot, green pepper, onion, and red pepper into the same size as the ribs.
4) Fry ribs in two cups of hot oil, until the ribs are 70% cooked. Drain.
5) Drain oil from wok and leave about two tablespoonful. Add onion and spices while stir frying. Add carrot, green pepper and red pepper while stir frying. Add ribs. Stir fry a bit and serve.
