Ingredients:750 grams Chicken breast, 100 grams almond, veggie, vegetable oil.
Spices:Green onion, ginger, garlic, sugar, MSG (optional), dark soy sauce, cooking wine, star anise,
Procedure:1) Cook chicken in boiling water for three minutes, drained and dried.
2) Skin almond.
3) Cut veggie into pieces. Bland in boiling water. Arrange veggie around the serving plate.
4) Make a sauce with broth, MSG and salt. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Pour on top of veggie.
5) Heat up wok and add five tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add chicken and grill until golden brown. Remove chicken and add star anise, ginger, green onion, garlic and pepper powder to the same wok. Add broth, soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine. Add chicken and almond. Reduce heat and cook until the sauce thickens up
6) Pour chicken in the center of the plate (surrounded by veggie), and serve..
