Ingredients:Cooked duck meat (250 grams), chicken meat (50 grams), fish meat (50 grams), egg white (150 grams), milk (25 grams), corn flour (40 grams), duck oil (30 grams)
Spices:ginger juice (10 grams), MSG (1.5 grams, optional), salt (to taste), chicken broth
Procedure:1) Cut duck meat into thin slices.
2)Mince chicken with fish meat. Add milk, salt and corn flour.
3) Beat up egg white and stir in one direction until it thickens up. Add minced chicken and meat, duck oil and forms a paste.
4) Paint some oil on the steamer. Spread duck slices on steamer and sprinkle corn flour evenly on slices. Pour paste from 3) on top. Steam for 3 minutes. Cut the cake into 7 cm x 2 cm strips. Arrange on a plate (see picture).
5) In a clean wok, add broth, salt, ginger juice, MSG, thickens with cornstarch solution (2 tablespoon of cornstarch + 4 tablespoon of water), and pour on top of 4).
